How the Pressure Transmitter is maintained to achieve the desired effect
 Aug 17, 2022|View:319

The pressure gauge produced by domestic manufacturers adopts a special integrated module, which is compensated by fine temperature drift, zero point, and non-linear, to achieve the liquid, gas, steam (such as metal rotor flowmeter), and other media pressure changes of accurate measurement and transmission. In order to obtain the required measurement results, the Pressure Transmitter should consider the following:

Pressure Transmitter

1. When measuring the Pressure of liquid, the position of the Pressure Transmitter should avoid the impact of liquid (water hammer) to avoid damage to the sensor.

2. In winter, when the Pressure Transmitter is frozen, the Pressure Transmitter must take anti-freezing measures to avoid the expansion of the liquid in the Pressure orifice and damage to the sensor.

3. When wiring, pass the cable through the waterproof joint (accessory) or the winding pipe and tighten the sealing nut to prevent the rainwater and so on from leaking into the transmitter shell through the cable.

4. To prevent the deposit of dross in the vessel.

5. When measuring the liquid pressure, the pressure inlet should be opened on the side of the processing pipeline to avoid the deposition of slag.

6. The riser should be installed where the temperature fluctuation is small.

11. When measuring the gas pressure, the pressure inlet should be opened at the top of the process pipe, and the transmitter should be installed at the top of the process pipe so that the accumulated liquid can be easily injected into the process pipe.

12. Prevent Pressure Transmitter from contacting corrosive or overheated media.

13. When measuring steam or another high-temperature medium, it is necessary to connect a condenser such as a buffer tube (coil), so that the working temperature of the Pressure Transmitter should not exceed the limit.
