Medic pressure gauge has no switch power supply, high sensitivity, and high measuring precision. It can be installed on both sides of the wall of the clean room.

Application of medic pressure gauge:

Pressure: with the airway will be a bad mood and 2 high-pressure mouths in any one of the connections, will not need a plug so that one or 2 low-pressure mouth ventilation.

Measuring gas pressure: high-pressure source is connected with any one of two high-pressure nozzles by air guide pipe, and a low-pressure source is connected with any one of two low-pressure nozzles by air guide pipe.

Measure negative pressure: with the airway will be bad mood and 2 low-pressure mouths in any one of the connections, will not need a plug; so that one or 2 high-pressure mouth ventilation.

General installation method of medic pressure gauge:

Medic pressure gauge is generally in the clean room and non-clean room in the middle of the test pressure difference, installation is generally clean room and non-clean room in the middle of the wall, easy to see from the outside of the clean room inside and outside the pressure difference. Needle-type differential pressure gauges need to pay attention to zero, in addition to the need to pay attention to the direction of the differential pressure gauge hand high-pressure pipe to high-pressure room, low-pressure pipe to low-pressure room.

Assuming that the clean room is a positive pressure chamber, the high-pressure end of the medic pressure gauge is connected to the clean room, and the low-pressure end is not connected.

If the clean room is a negative pressure chamber, connect the low-pressure end of the medic pressure gauge to the clean room. The high-pressure end is not connected.

Medic pressure gauge installation process:

1. Medic pressure gauge shall be installed vertically on the new project plane of the cleaning works;

2. The medic pressure gauge measuring point is installed at the same level as the medic pressure gauge, allowing for additional adjustment of relative height deviation;

3. Medic pressure gauge installation and the measurement point should be as short as possible, in order to prevent the medic pressure gauge slow marking;

4. Ensure airtightly and no leakage shall occur;

5. For the newly installed medic pressure gauge, before installation and application, it is necessary to carry out a metrological inspection to prevent the gas pressure gauge from vibration, damage, or other reasons to destroy the accuracy.
