The commercial pressure gaugeis an instrument that uses an elastic element as a sensing element to measure and indicate pressure above the ambient pressure. It is widely used in almost all industrial processes and scientific research. In order to ensure that the commercial pressure gauge elastic element can work reliably within the safe range of elastic deformation, the selection of the range of the commercial pressure gauge should be based not only on the magnitude of the pressure measured but also on the speed of the pressure measured, the range should be left wide enough.

1. When using a commercial pressure gauge, the maximum operating pressure shall not exceed 2/3 of the measuring range.

2. Using a commercial pressure gauge, the maximum operating pressure shall not exceed 1/2 of the measuring range.

3. When high pressure is measured using a commercial pressure gauge, the maximum operating pressure should not exceed 3/5 of the range. To ensure measurement accuracy, the minimum operating pressure shall not be less than 1/3 of the measuring range. According to this principle, after a value is calculated according to the maximum pressure to be measured, a measurement range slightly greater than this value is selected from the commercial pressure gauge product catalog.

4. Should choose according to the boiler working pressure, the limit value of the scale range should be 1.5 ~ 3.0 times the working pressure, preferably 2 times.
